I work with you in private sessions as a HeartMath Certified Coach. These foundational, evidence-based emotional regulation tools reduce chronic stress, lower anxiety and much more. Over time and with regular use, they can improve all relationships and help your self-expression flower. To learn the entire program and become grounded in your new practice, I recommend a minimum of eight one-hour weekly sessions (or more).

I became a HeartMath practitioner after first being a client. It was the first time in my life I was able to dial down the intensity of my complex PTSD symptoms. As I improved, I felt a swell of confidence knowing that I'd made that happen. I want that for you.

Reduce chaos, lower stress and anxiety and begin and end the week by resetting your nervous system. An easy, accessible way for us to start working together. Attend a twice weekly half hour breath work session on Zoom. We meet Monday and Friday morning at 7 am Pacific time for follow-the-leader style HeartMath, pranayama and a short but powerful meditation. Glide into your day. Save the caffeine until after we're done for the best experience!
