I work with you in private sessions as a HeartMath Certified Coach. These foundational, evidence-based emotional regulation tools reduce chronic stress, lower anxiety and much more. Over time and with regular use, they can improve all relationships and help your self-expression flower. To learn the entire program and become grounded in your new practice, I recommend a minimum of six one-hour weekly sessions (or more).

My VIP Days are a completely customized experience based on our conversations and an assessment (or knowledge from any previous work we've done). You can use this in multiple ways, including as a private, one-on-one version of Creative Vibrational Art Therapy, described immediately above.
Focus on emotional processing and release, reconnect with your inner guidance, tune into any neglected gifts and talents or rehearse and master a difficult conversation.
